Thibaut Revenaz

Managing Director

Thibaut has a wide range of web consultation, facilitation and strategic insight experience in the public, private, non-profit and international organisation world. Over the years, Thibaut has learned almost every aspect of the web project cycle. From large strategy projects for the International Development Research Centre, Canada Council for the Arts and Service Canada to leading the design and development of hundreds of websites, Thibaut brings a wide range of skills to any project, including extensive knowledge and expertise in front-end UX/IA as well XHTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Flash, Adobe Creative Suite, and open source platforms like WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.

Fluent in French and English, and Spanish, Thibaut has worked on numerous multilingual sites and projects.

Thibaut began his education at McGill University with a double major in Political Science and Economics, with a Minor in Computer Science. He continued his education abroad at the University of Sussex in Brighton, England, there earning a Masters in International Relations. His interest and skill with technology has opened many doors working in the field of Web strategy, including relationships with the Convention on Biological Diversity, Voyages Pour la Planète, French Ecotourism Association, and Center for Strategic and International Studies.

Andrew Forward

Chief Scientist
Andrew has a software engineering background with advanced degrees in computer science (BASc, MSc, PhD). Andrew touches all aspects of software engineering without limiting to any one language, framwork or platform. Andrew’s expertise is in software construction, automation, devops and quality assurance, meanwhile is maintains a rich ties to academia working on software modeling, and quality assurance.

Andrew has built numerous web applications for a wide range of clients.

Bruce Spurr

Chief Strategist

A specialist in Internet marketing, Bruce provides clients with effective, reliable web solutions that help them stay competitive in an ever-changing marketplace. Whether he’s designing websites for government departments or developing e-business applications for large corporations, Bruce combines technical expertise and strong project management skills to deliver exceptional products.

As a Web Strategist, Bruce oversaw the extensive web services audit performed for the Canada Council for the Arts, which included focus groups and consultations as well as expert review of the Council’s main website as well as two sub-sites. In the past two years, Bruce has lead Web communication audits and strategic plans for CBC, Canadian Apprenticeship Forum, Junior Canadian Rangers, Service Canada, Mining Industry Human Resources Council, and others. Bruce is currently working with the Canadian Internet Registry Association (CIRA) and the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) on their strategic web communication plans and complete site re-designs.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Engineering Physics with a minor in Computer Engineering from Queens University. He has taken extensive courses and attended seminars in Web architecture, Internet marketing, social media (Web 2.0) and usability design. Bruce has also given talks on Design Thinking, User Experience Design, Social Marketing, and e-publishing (converting print-publishing successes to a digital medium).
